STUDENT COUNCIL

The students of the school are divided into 4 Councils. The Council is managed by Council Head. The Council Head & students elect Council Captains, Vice- Captains, School pupil leader, Assistant School pupil leader and Sports Captains. Every student will belong to one of the councils. The main idea of the Council System is to instil in our students the essential qualities of leadership, team work, co-operation, mutual understanding and self-reliance. Various inter-council activities are held for this purpose throughout the year. In addition, each council in every department is given a theme on which the students present the morning assembly as per the schedule.

Slytherin

means to be creative, resourceful and ambitious. They are strong & achievement oriented leaders. The emblematic animal of the council is a snake and the council represents the colour green . Slytherin corresponds roughly with the element of water due to serpents being commonly associated with lakes & lochs.
